I experience a lot of genuine interest from colleagues at the schools in my work. I also regularly receive a compliment, a nice email or a thank you. That means a lot to me. It lets me experience that me and my work matter.
Every day I work, I speak to two students. I want to know how their day is and what is on their mind. I refuse to leave the building before doing this. Students are the source of inspiration for me to create beautiful ideas.
At SILFO, I am given every opportunity to develop great campaigns. The power of #creatingmagic works for me because I can be myself.
