The students can always contact me or my colleagues for help, be it problems with their bicycle, a first aid case or something else.
During the breaks I talk a lot with students, because of this I get to know the students better and I become a trusted person for the students.
Every day I learn new techniques and skills to better address students.
If I notice that a student is not feeling well, I report this to the coach, coordinator or care coordinator. It feels so good when I see this student grow as a person and can continue without any problems.
