The understanding and appreciation of different people and cultures help me see the world from my students’ eyes. If you understand what a person is experiencing it makes it far easier to know how you can best support them.

Connecting

My goal is to use my positivity and energy to bring life into the classroom and school.

Creating

I draw on my experiences of traveling around the world and working in a variety of settings to be creative, but it remains a challenge for me.

Celebrating

I believe in celebrating all the small wins that come my and my students’ way. Together we look for reasons to smile and have a laugh. If you look for the positives in life you will spot them, especially when you’re part of the ISE community.
